Barb Narkaus Galleries As a native Northwesterner, Barb Narkaus, has lived in Alaska, Washingto & Oregon. She is a graduate of Oregon State University in Art Education and has been active in the arts community for over twenty-five years. She began pursuing golf art in 1995 with the release of the "5th at Creekside."
